Pause&Effect is a campaign created as part of an academic project, aimed at breaking the silence around menopause in the workplace. Despite affecting millions of women worldwide, menopause is often overlooked, stigmatized, or treated as a private matter rather than an organizational responsibility. This project sought to flip that narrative, using bold visuals, approachable language, and practical resources to empower women, educate colleagues, and spark conversations that build more inclusive and supportive workplaces.
